Refund Policy
Every centre starts with a 30-day free trial, so you can run real days on MyMotherBox before you pay anything. This page explains how cancellations and refunds work after that.
Free trial
No payment is taken during the 30-day free trial, so there is nothing to refund. If you do not choose a plan, your account is paused and you can export your records.
Monthly plans
- You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
- Monthly payments already made are not refunded for partly used months.
Yearly plans
- If you cancel within 30 days of a yearly payment, we refund the full amount.
- After 30 days, we refund the unused full months, minus the 15% yearly discount applied to the months already used.
Changes in enrolment
If fewer children are enrolled than you were billed for, the difference is credited to your next invoice. Credits are not paid out as cash unless the account is closed.
Billing errors
If you were charged in error, such as a double payment, we refund the extra amount in full once it is confirmed.
Fees collected from parents
Fees that parents pay to a centre through the Parent App belong to the centre. Refunds of those fees are decided by the centre under its own fee policy.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
Requesting a refund
Send your request through the Contact Us page with your centre name and the email used to sign up.
