Before you sign up
Who counts as an enrolled child?
Any child with an active admission at your centre in that billing month. Children on the waitlist, enquiries and children who have left are not counted.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup, data import from your spreadsheets and staff training videos are included in every plan.
Can we switch plans later?
Yes. Move up or down at any time. The new per-child price applies from your next billing date.
Do parents pay anything?
No. The Parent App is free for every family at your centre.
Do you charge for fee collection?
MyMotherBox does not add a charge on fees you collect. The payment gateway's standard UPI or card charges apply.
